MK808Z has saved me thousands within my first use. bought San-Tool this yr 2023 no more getting ripped off by the dealership for things I can do myself. Even if you're not a DIY person you well at least be able to tell the dealership not only the codes but how to do the job, So after months of doing my research I selected (Autel Scanner MaxiCOM MK808S) this scanner here is way more then i'll ever need, however what I love about this scanner is it's for the basic mechanic on to the very experience mechanic like myself, now I can do minor repairs or the more complex repairs, either way that'll be my choice and not the dealership anymore. Yes you only get one year of free updates for me it still wasn't any brainer this scanner is way better than matco and snap-on by far!!! My only Con is towards myself, when I asked myself what took me so damn long to stop being ripped off and getting a scanner that does so much that it pays for whatever spent just on the first. All I had to do was calculate the cost of parts over the cost of labor and this scan-tool gave me not just my money back but I also dont have the worry about the check engine light coming on, Plus my vehicle passed the state inspection that's still required here in Texas with no faults found. This scanner not only shows you the codes and faults but I personally never gave it a 2nd thought on how a emissions sys works and all the realted components, so not only did this scanner help me fix the problem, it educated me on how the emissions sys works.)

Seems to be a nice little unit I like some of the features it has I'm pretty satisfied.

Clear Audi "Inspection Due" message (A4, B9, 2017). Displays balance on Duramax engine (LB7, Silverado 2002), but does not have injector kill test.

I work at a shop with a $12,000 snap on scanner that would not reprogram the dynamic rear steering on my Lexus. This Autel scanner was able to do exactly that! The dealer couldn’t even fix it! Worth every penny. Has full function of active tests and special functions of expensive scanners, in my case, did more! Spend the money! It’s worth it!

The scanner was delivered the same day so shipping was a breeze. It works great and is well worth the money. I have a cheap scanner and the MK808 blows it out of the water. It does everything from adding keys to my car to getting the information you wouldn’t think you could get, like a speaker not working on a 2003 express van that is as basic as it could get. I did have a little trouble with it but Autel is sorting it all out for me. I only regret spending a little more money to get the next model up. My next one will definitely be a BT one or the bi-directional one. I could even do an unbiased review if they want to toss one my way.

I don't write reviews that much. But what this tool diagnosed on my 2004 Toyota Camry, I decided to write one.
I've been contemplating whether to buy this tool or not since it was very expensive.
But yesterday I decided to empty my account and ordered it. It was delivered to me today.
I connected it to the Wi-Fi and did every setup.
My 2004 Toyota Camry airbag light was indicating continuously on the dashboard.
I tried to scan with a smaller tool I had, but it didn't indicate the problem.
But this tool indicated that the passenger airbag sensor was the problem.
Immediately I changed the sensor, the light went off.

So simple to use.
