Very easy to use, update and customer service is fantastic !!!!

First off we have been in the auto repair business for over 30 years. We have had every flavor scanner out there. But we have learned that Autel is one of the very best out there. From a support standpoint, they are the BEST! I had an issue the day before Thanksgiving. Autel issued a fix the day after Thanksgiving. They are always there when we need them. I rated this scanner 5 STARS as this is a great deal on a great tool from a great company!

I recently bought an autel elite 2, instead of updating my snap on scan tool. The price of the autel is the same as 2 updates on my snap on solus edge. I've been an auto mechanic for 16 years and this is my fourth scan tool I've had, and so far im very pleased with it. Theres a slight learning curve just getting used to changing brands, but its easy to learn if you're familiar with Android operating systems. The internet available on the scanner makes for quicker research on diagrams or common failures because you have alldata, identified etc. All in the same tool. The offline programming is way easier to use than the cardaq 3 j2534 that I had been previously using.
