To update the Device, please allow us to share the Update Instruction for your reference.
Here are the procedures for you to upgrade your tool.
1. Please take the SD card out from TS501.
2. Insert the SD card into a PC by an SD card reader.
3. Find the SD card directory, and right-click to choose "format".
4. Launch Maxi PC Suite to update the SD card again.
5. Insert the SD card back to the tool to check again.
Note: It's highly recommended to update the tool by SD card reader but not USB cable, since something abnormal may occur while updating by a USB cable.
