This was a huge lifesaver for me and my family. My 350z is my daily drive to work and one day it just had a weird failing engine sound. I initially thought it was the sparkplug but thankfully I ordered this OBD2 scanner and it came really fast. It turns out my Camshaft sensor was faulty. If I never had this unit, I would have never known the issue. I was able to fix it myself and saved possi9 hundreds of dollars in repairs. I think this is an excellent investment since I will be able to do monthly checkups on my 3 vehicles at home. Being able to diagnose my cars at a moment's notice is incredible.

My car mechanic guy recommended autel to me. Decided to give it a try.

I registered this obd2 on a secure website of autel. Whats cool about this is it stores error codes to the obd2 and i can sink it to my pc.

Also decided to buy this because it can scan transmission problems. Cheaper obd2 only read engine error codes.

I got no issue with the device, it works great.

I would definitely recommend autel to anyone.

Great Product

Shipped quick, needed to check transmission codes, worked as expected. Now I have 3 different code readers. Should have purchased this one first and saved money, it reads all codes

Very easy to use, did exactly what I wanted it to do.

It's easy to use on your vehicle. I just don't like the confusing and difficult update process. I used it on my 2014 Camry and it did communicate with the car. I wanted to see if it would pass the emissions testing for the inspection because the guy at the shop wanted me to slip him a twenty to pass the inspection. The scan tool said it does pass emissions tests. So I went back and I talked to his manager and showed him what I found. The car passed emissions without slipping the twenty.
