Very capable scanner for the price.

Where is the online update? I went to the US Support side and they told me that this particular model can't be updated because it doesn't have a SD card.
Just wasted $65.00

Autolink AL519 I used it two weeks ago, worked fine. Today I got a white screen, nothing else. The US Support site told they can't do anything. It's broken from just beying stored in the pouch.

Hi there, I recently purchased an Autel AL519, and I must say that I am very pleased with it. I have followed your instructions to update, but I cannot find Maxi-link II anywhere on your site. Also, my PC refuses to recognise your USB2 connection, and consequently the CD supplied does absolutely nothing, and provides only a blank screen. I have tried it on XP, and also on Windows 10. I appreciate that it may not need updating right now, but soon I will need this function to work correctly. I look forward to your reply and help with this matter. Many thanks, K Robert Trevitt.
