How to deal the problem "Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped" shows on Max


My customer have contact me today, as he have meet the problem of the Autel Maxisys MS908P.

when he contact the autel MS908P, the screen shows the error message 
"Unfortunately, Maxisys has stopped on Maxisys or Maxisys mini tablet,

The autel factory technicna told us do as follow steps:

1.Connect Maxisys/Maxisys mini to PC via USB cable;
2.Turn on USB storage on the maxisys;
3.Wait for several seconds;
4.Turn off USB storage;
5.Restart the scanner and try again.
